Sue Bunnell

President, Co-Chair, LWT Board

Senior Company Counsel, Wells Fargo

January Speaker (SF & Palo Alto locations): Welcome to WILpower & Networking

April Speaker: Negotiate for Success

I participated in WILpower in 2014 because I needed a new approach that would teach and then empower me to set and achieve my goals and guide me to greater success at work. What I found in WILpower was a diverse and supportive community where I could do all that, plus receive encouragement to be brave and stretch. Along this WILpower journey I’ve given help, taken help, and connected many others for help – it’s this community aspect of WILpower that’s so inspiring.

I come from a tech/commercial transactions legal background, but the content and skills I learned though WILpower are industry and role agnostic – it’s just powerful lessons for all kinds of women on how to be more impactful, aligned, and effective professionals.

January Speaker (Palo Alto location): Welcome to WILpower & Networking

I joined WILpower in 2016 and have recommended the program to several friends over the years. In addition to phenomenal speakers who left me energized and ready to take on the world, I met an incredible group of supportive and accomplished women. I returned the following year as a Ring Leader to share my experiences with others and because I believe so strongly in the power of the relationships that LWT helps build.  I can't think of another program or group where I've found so many people willing to take concrete steps to help advance each others' careers - whether it's making an introduction or just lending an ear. I was honored to be invited to join the Board in 2019 and can't wait to see what LWT does next!
